Refund policy
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Each piece is made to order and one of a kind, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
